Title: Power steering fluid loss

Jeep Cherokee 4L '93.

Went to use our off road Jeep and found a pool of oil on the floor, checked the engine and auto levels all OK, but nothing in the power steering reservoir.

Are there any common problems concerning leaks and if so where should I look?

i would say it is the steering box leaking but you might be lucky and just have a loose union or damaged pipe. you need to get it all cleen and inspect it mate. ya comin over the pub meet tonight at blakedown. it is just up the road from you. it is a good chance to have a chat and meet other jeepers.

Put some oil in and see where it comes out?
