They do for the rear not for the front (just threw mine away...)

all i know is that loads of mud and gunk manage to make it inside my engine bay, and I am looking for ways to reduce this

look up jp mag they put 35s on a tj with no lift and they used somthing on that as a liner

JP used pond liner.  I'd go for 3mm rubber, plenty of places will sell you a sheet/cutoffs.  Alternatively I have a set of TJ rears that are probably destined for the bin - maybe modifiable.  Rear ones have been removed, all metal work has been shultzed.  All the liners were doing was trapping mud.

hmm... i like the 3 mil rubber idea, i'm just trying to limit the amount of mud that splashes up inside the engine area
