Thinkin bout a new project toy as the CJ is nearin where i want it to be for now, so, as per normal been surfin the bay, and may have found summink cheap (cherokee), bloke is up for a deal but its too far to go and look at it unless im gettin it, he reckons its a mess but not rusty, neglected more than fucked, the main prob is that he only bought it for the wheels, so when they delivered it they took it off the back of the lorry using a chain through the quaterlights, which cracked the windscreen, he reckons other than where the chain has rubbed it caused no other damage. So question is, how likely is the damage that minimal? will it have done anything major?
cheers

oh bollox
the J20 in Scotland is just gonna cost me a fortune is transportin
-
ignore me buy all means it should be very very cheap as he put no value on it when he decided that the best towing point he could find was the quaterlite windows
i would think the a pillars are bent and a new screen very hard to find and if found may not seal proprely

Walk away.......

Cheers doods, sometimes u need folk to point out that yer heart is rulin yer head, so, heavy hearted but walkin away faster than a very fast thing from fastthingfordshire, I wanted it as a winter toy, leaky windscreens aint gonna help me much there  oh yeah, and the price to buy it
