Title: noise over bumps

most times when i go over speed bumps ,hit holes in the road or drop down gutters i get a knock/thud from front @ rear of jeep.  i suspect anti roll bar bushes.  anyone else had this and found what it was, or anyone have any clues . 1997 cherokee

Yup defo ARB bushes. My ZJ has 142000 on the clock and when I bought it at 125000 it had the same clunk over speed bumps etc. Changed the front ARB bushes with poly ones and no more noise.

same here
changed the bushes
no bumpy knocking
if fact the car feels and handles better
both sides on mine were totaly gone

30 minutes work
feels like a new motor :-D
