Title: misfire ?

HI  i seem to have a misfire this only happens after the engine  has warmed  up . it runs fine until i stop or idle then when i set of again it misfires for a short time then runs ok . got the codes of they are 12   42    55  any ideas

battery disconnected so the engine shuts down LOL
