Title: Headlamp question for Europe Grand Cherokee ZJ

Hi there, I'm taking my RHD 1998 Grand Cherokee ZJ over to Spain next week and read somewhere that if my internal headlamp adjuster is set to the lowest setting then there is no need to fit any kind of beam deflector kit. Any idea if this is true/legal anyone? Cheers Steve.

Headlamp converters are compulsory.
