Yes, simply replace the turbo

Seriously, how many miles has it done?

I'd wait for someone who knows more about turbos than me. Can't recommend an Essex supplier - I live in Texas.
Where exactly is the oil leaking, or dripping? From the turbo itself, or from a pipe connected to it?

if it's leaking from the turbo you might find that a soft washer has failed of the return hose out of the base of the turbo needs the hose clip tightening. the oil feed to the top of the turbo has a high flow rate so dont mess around with it while the engine is running

No point guessing, clean it off with some brake cleaner or similar solvent (when it's cold) and run it for a while to pinpoint the leak.
