Title: xj 2000 remote unlock problem

hi can any 1 help car locks on remotes, but wont unlock, interor light comes on some times but doors dont unlock

Have you a spare fob,maybe worth trying another just in case the fob is at fault.I had similar on my old Saab as the buttons were worn
