It has come to pass that a new steering damper is required for the TJ, as recommended by those in the know :?:

Explorer Procomp UK was wound up a while ago. Bearmach are the UK distributer now,
but only do lardy parts. Try LA Supertrux.

Ah Gaz....steering dampers..a black art...
Procomp tho now via Bearmach are the same part as Skyjacker 7000 - and ya get a pose sticker for Skyjacker :roll:

Evening Bish, having consulted those in the know & confirmed by the chaps above I reckon its gona be a standard OEM jobbie from Lighthouse due to the uncertainties of rubbing with other brands & as for fitting, have already consulted as expert as I dont want to screw around with steering stuff, but will watch & learn

Ahem .......... now I've gone all cross over steering I have a Procomp one off my YJ steering thats just sitting in the workshop, it's a year on the vehicle and a year resting indoors . PM me if your interested.

Arse & bugger. Cheers for the offer matey, I ordered one from lighthouse yesterday as I could only find landy procomp ones :wink:
