Greetings, looking for help- I'm in the United States, I have a 97 XJ 2.5L diesel VERY RARE here so I cant find any information. Anyone have a diagnostic manual or anything to help diagnose this 2.5 diesel?
MAF sensor? I cant find any info yet scanner reports readings.
What's up - at @2000rpm it falls flat, no more rpm's and low power. Checked fuel press. turbo wastegate, EGR, no codes, #1inj ohms, whats next ?
ANYWAY - being in the USA I have some access to jeep manuals IF I can help let me know BUT remember the access is to common USA models... just ask -

I have the d35 in my ZJ which I need to either uprate or replace, so either super 35 or an 8.8. I'm somewhat reluctant to pay the crazy postage and import charges getting suitable 30 spline shafts and a diff from the states and I'm not able to do the 8.8 swap myself and don't fancy getting my pants pulled down paying a company to do the job for me. I'm pretty handy with the tools but being disabled the logistics of an axle swap is beyond me. So this is a bit of a cry for help. Does anyone have any uprated D35 parts, complete built axle d35 d44 8.8 I won't be rock crawling and beating on but I need to over engineer because if I break something out in the middle of nowhere I'm a bit buggered. I'm based in Hertfordshire but very willing to travel

Rockauto sells kits for the 4Ltr Cherokee's for like £85 plus VAT and shipping, if the gearbox is the same, Id have thought they would fit, you'd have to see if you can get the pipe off yours to use tho, it being RHD, or stump up £430 to Jeepey for the Crown one they have, but special order!

Hi, I need to replace the Clutch Master and Slave cylinders. For my Jeep the OEM is 52107657AB which is for a kit containing Master/Slave/Hose. I have spent hours trying to find this, there dont seem to be any available. Does anybody know which separate Master/Slave would fit ? Perfection 350104 and Valeo/FTE 2101718 Master xref to 52107657AB. Slave 52107640S has been suggested but appears to only fit 94/99 models, does anybody know if these fit or have any other ideas. My Jeep has been off the road for 2 months now, help !

just going through this myself, ordered one from https://shipecm.com/index.php?route=common/home if that helps EDIT: don't bother, they take your money including international postage the refund because "they don't do international" of course you loose on the exchange (about £11 for me)

Just checked one of the FSMs (2000). Relays were used for O2 sensors for California and euro III emissions models. Don't know about other years without trawling through all the FSMs. What year is the TJ?

so got this new to me TJ and it has the wrong PCM fitted, it runs but have a correct one on the way so this might fix itself but I'm getting voltage issues on the O2 sensors no check engine light but see the codes with OBDII, they clear but come back when engine runs.
My question is should there be relays in the under bonnet fuse box for the sensors or is that just for Cal emissions?
