The darn think is eating the rubber boots up at an alarming rate. Will be on the 3rd soon in 2 years on the silver one and a new one also needed for the blue one. What size drop pitman is required for the 4.5" lift i have on the cherries and where best to source. Got to order some stuff from Rusty's Again.
any help or suggestions including funny ones

If you fit a drop pitman arm you will alter the angle of the drag link. If you do not then relocate the track bar so it is parallel to the drag link you could end up with bump steer problems.

i am assuming it's the rubber where it connects to the steering track rod end. If the tre is of the crown make then the rubbers or useless and can fail within a day of fitment (seen that) if you talk to lighthouse then they will tell you to bin the rubber and get an oe from a jeep dealer. budget for £25 a throw and these do last forever.
if your steering geometry is parallel then you dont need a drop pitman arm
