Rusting lower window sills

I have an ’03 Grand Cherokee, the bottom part of the window stills have started to rust at the ends as shown in this picture.

I have been looking at other Grand Cherokees and no one else seems to have the same problem
Does anyone know the part numbers I would need to replace them (all 4 doors have the problem) and is it a hard job to replace them myself?

Many thanks

lookin at the photos i would say that the rust colour you can see is run off from the water that is getting behind the seal to the untreated metal work. it might well be worth moving the rubbers and cleaning it up them putting some primer or red oxide on the untreated metal. you should be able to do it without getting paint on the visible part of the door and it will stop the problem i should think. hope this helps mate.
