I'm going to be making tube fenders, what is the 'right' tube to use and why?  :003:

i used 1 1/2" x 3/16 seamed, not a safety device so no need for seamless

mark, clayt, johnny, and myself were playing with some ideas on mine awhile back. and all i can see if dont go any bigger than 1.5
Even 1.75 seemed like to much for the eyes to handle. just didnt look right.
i vote for seamed tube also, deff a place to save a few pennys.
