Yeah, changed mine a few months after buying it, suddenly started rattling at tickover speeds very annoying! replaced both sprockets, chain, tensioner, when i stripped it down it was the tensioner that was causing the problem. the chain and sprockets were fine but changed them anyway as i had bought them. if i remember the tensioner metal bracket mount needs the sump lowering to get a spanner on the bolt that holds it in place! so i just swaped the new tensioner shoe, just push out the pin and change over. i put up a pic of the tensioner at the time.... don't pull on the outer edge of the harmonizer as its rubber mounted.....hope this helps........
