tranfer box seals replace

can anyone give me any tips on replacing my tranfer box seals on a uk 2.5td ltd cherokee 5 speed  manual box, year 1998.

both input and output seal are shot,no 4wd fun this winter till this is sorted

does the box have to come out  etc
