OK folks,
Me KJ is being repaired, upper wishbone rubbers, now they are telling me i need brake shoes and pads and discs for the back end, it's having a service as well you see, and not at a main Chrysler stealer.
Now i have had dealings with Mansfield 4x4 before, not a good one, an over night delivery turned into two phone calls and two weeks later delivery, so i wont be using them again....now who do you use, bearing in mind i don't mud plug like a CJ, and do you lot ever have ya disc's skimmed.
There is a small engineering firm not to far from me, who i recon could do the job on the disc's, but where can the best deal on brake shoes and pads be done, i can fit them myself like i did before.
This will be the fourth lot of shoes i have had fitted, 80k on the clock, surely they should last a bit longer than that....and i am a steady old driver, if wanted to go fast i would have got a ragtop with go faster things on.
