Top Hat Section
« on: June 01, 2011, 03:26:22 PM »

Can anybody recomend a commercial source of pre-folded top hat section suitable for use under CJ body tubs.

I had a  thought that Mk1/2 Escort channels have been sugested before :017:, but considering the stupid money these cars now make :icon_eek:

Repair panel prices may reflect these high values  :wsmile:

Something intended for a more mundane vehicle may be a lot cheaper :017:

Any ideas?

And, of course, they're waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than a rusty old shitbox Escort :hysterical:

Escort bits aren't expensive, there's a tophat section under the bootfloor on a current shape Honda Civic, goes across the floor and is about 2ft long.

To you sir? £215.00 + vat. Oh yeah, that's trade, with discounts... :icon_eek:
