Diagnosing diff issues

Okay, still having vibe issues on my front shaft & need to go over the diff to see if its all okay. Anyone know of a troubleshooting guide on the web I can follow through to check it all out. I don't want to pull the diff apart at the mo though, as my driveway has been removed

Best troubleshoot I can think of off hand is the diff section of the FSM.
If you don't have one you can view them online in the knowledge base section at this link.
If it doesn't go direct to the page the link is at the bottom in the Jeep Resources links.
