I'm no expert on the electrikerized Jeeps but having read of similar issues and 'cures' I would suggest the following.

Central locking and windows - disconnect the battery for 5 mins and then reconnect. That should reset the control modules and sort it out. Failing that, the modules might need 'flashing' by the dealer to update the software.

Heater Blowing cold - sounds like the blend doors have failed. There are kits available to repair them.

Like I said, i'm no expert on this type of vehicle but those are the common answers to your faults.
If i'm wrong, i'm sure those that know better will correct me  :003:

If the blend door/s are knackered, JGCParts.com have a good kit and really clear instuctions on dealing with the problem..specifically for a RHD model. The battery unhooking for 5 mins is the first step to test it all.

With anything electrical not working, first check the fuses.

I don't know the Grand, but most vehicles seem to have some fuses in the cockpit / dash area, and some more under the bonnet.

If all ok, then perhaps check the relays.

Assuming the battery in your remote is OK it might be out of sync. I've had several cars do the same in the past. The cure varies from leaving in the ignition whilst pressing the button to having to replace after 100,000 presses (bloody things). Have you got a user manual with a fault section?.  If all the windows are not working from any of the switch panels I would check fuses  Heaters not working can be air con needs recharging (yes really).
