It looks like the reason the site is loading slow is due to the CPU throttling between 17.00 and 21.00 most days.
In simple terms this means that due to high traffic load to the site time limits are put on every connection attempt so if confirmation is not made within a set time the connection request goes to the back of the que.
we are looking into hosting upgrades and if feasible we will hope to see some improvment
