not just for jeep
think of fitting them to the forester as the there a pain and don't want to mess to often

You hit the nail on the head with your request of "not wanting to change them often as they are a pain" basically that's what they are used for, don't really see them as any better than a standard plug. We use to use them in the race car but had to use standard plugs to warm it up first because the others fouled all the time. Ended up ditching them for a race designed plug instead for a bigger gap.

do the old plugs still work well?      yes

are the old plugs cheaper?      yes

whats the book life on the std plugs?      80k plus

dont see the point
