Headlight relay system, having a slight problem.
« on: June 21, 2007, 12:00:03 AM »

Just about finished up the headlight relay system on the XJ, its all working well, i now have plenty of juice, but there's one small snag.

Ive checked both H4 sockets and i'm getting 13.8v, on high and low beam, much better than it was, but the right side low beam is noticably dimmer than the left side. High beams fine, just low beam is dim.

Any ideas?

Been back out and checked all the wires for resistance, didn't find any. Checked all connections, all seem ok. I tried different bulbs last night, its definitely only the low beam, right side.
