hey guys im trying to change the rear springs on my 95 xj td got the shackle bolts undone and the u bolts the problem is the bolt that goes into th chasis just keeps turning. do i need to cut it out and weld a new nut in there.
any advise would be much apriciated

sounds like a chop and weld job mate. has the bolt even started to draw out?

i drilled through the floor to get a spanner on the nut that had come lose on mine, saves affecting the chassis leg with large holes when you get your dimensions slightly out
