« on: November 29, 2007, 07:39:36 PM »

hi all, XJ 1994 4.0LTR PETROL,  noise coming from front, sounds like loud humming (drone) streering straight not there, turning left gets louder, turning right noise goes,  if this was conventional car it would be wheel bearing, but being new to jeeps all advise greatly received . thanks  :(

Yeah, sounds like it,  jack it up spin each wheel in turn by hand get close listen you should hear/feel the dodgy bearing. i found it's always the opposite side to what you think when you drive. hope this helps.......

Just bought 2 for $170, delivered from this guy.

Was a 10% discount on a pair - $90 and $80 delivery.

So 2 hubs for £85 8)
