Coolant/Radiator question

*Dumbfuck question alert*
The coolant in my header tank was nearer the min than the max so I poured in a small bottle (350mm) of Redline water wetter to take me to the max mark again.
How long does it take to work its way round the system? It looks like it hasn`t moved. My header tank is bright pink still.
I`ve done about 30 miles since topping up.

water in the header tank only gravity feeds into the system when the stat is fully open. the hot water then expands into the header bottle and a slow mix happens. also when the engine cools down it draws the water then back into the engine.
might have been quicker putting it direct into the rad cap after squeezing some of the water out
