Box section sills

Hi my 95 xj`s sills r gone so im going down the box section route. Ive read dtooths post which is very helpfull.  just wondering if anyone else has done this, and if you have any hints or pointers for me.. thanks

Remember the sills take the load of the seatbelt when you crash so make sure the seatbelt anchorage is either welded into the box section or the section of inner sill with the anchorage is welded to the box section securely.

Do one side at a time my biggest problem was welding the underside my mig wasn't up to it .

we did the box section sills on chris jones's xj. piece of piss and it stiffens em up a load. chris's is on this month of the calendar if ya wanna see it. 8-)
