Hi everyone,
i have a grand cherokee 4.0 ltd on a (r) plate.
out of the blue the lcd screen for the climate/heater has stopped working, also there is no power to the blowers and the heated seats have also stopped working....your advice would be much appreciated.
PS: we have just tested all fuses inside the jeep and under the hood, all is ok.

chk ALLfuses both under hood and in cab (driver footell), if all ok then id take the heater controll unit off and check for some voltage in the plug (dunno which ones but i assume some should have some power) if they do but the contoll still dead phone gt4x4 and get a new controll unit. and if it still don't work then its something else

Sounds like a fuse, or a common bad earth.
I don't have any Grand wiring diagrams, so unable to help further, sorry.

The climate control computer takes power from a battery feed on fuse 15 (40A) under the hood, via fuse 20 (15A) under the dash. It also takes an ignition feed from F12 (10A) under the dash. This fuse is shared with the heated seat controller so have another look. The blower motor relay has it's own 40A fuse 7 under the hood.
