I think my arse is sagging

had a look at the rear leafs today and I am a bit worried about their condition, best way i can describe it is instead oc a 'C' laying on its back it looks more like a 'S'

are they totaly shot or could a pair of add a leaf work?

there seems to be very few leaves in yore springs dood no wonder they seem a bit shagged but daggie is rite nothing does crap spring better than shot xj springs

they would help ...but pound for a pinch of shit you would be better with new springs or fully refurbished at the least

ok the next thing i supose is to work out how much lift the current setup has (or should have) so i can match the front,

I have a brand new stock XJ spring in the for sale section.  50 pounds for the spring, 25 for the shipping.

been through local yellow pages and searched online but cant find any local to recon these springs, anyone know where i can get them done, pref in driving distance from Bristol

find your nearest hgv garage go in and ask them who they use to repair there lorry springs get the no and they should be able to help that is if you wanna go the refurb route i can get them done by me but thats brum way
if you want new i prefer    four wheel drive hardware [4wd] in the states
