Have you tried adjusting the bands? It's supposed to be possible on teh jeep boxes isn't it?

between 1st an 2nd its slipping on the pick up of second but then its compleatly loosing drive from 2nd to 3rd till you let of the revs an let them drop 500 to 1000 then once its cought it seems fine.

any idea how to compleatly purge the system?

it was compleatly dry when i got it an fitted it.
