Sway Bar Disconnect

Is this an essential item for off roading? Any recomendations on where to buy from.

Check out Quadratec and 4WD...they do give better articulation to front axles...

probably, the best value mod you will do to your truck, as above 4WD or Quadratec, occasionally some on the bay  8-)

Put a pin through the bolt and remove the nut. Cost about £1. Buying anti roll bar disconnects seems like a strange thing to me

this a good cheap idea but most of the stock front drop links are known for being crap and disconnects will out last the stock links when off roadin i think. :lol:

Mines scary with the front arb off, towing the 'van and it'll snake across the whole road at 45. with the arb's on it's solid as a rock.

I'd personally have the bolts removable and just pull the links out of the way with a pair of zip ties.

Can't remeber what they are called, but the pins which have the oval spring metal clip which flips over - about 25p from a tractor factors, arb disconnent. Putting them in can be a little bit of a pain, but a trolley jack makes it easy.

I have JKS quicker disco's for sale for TJ, bought them but crashed before I had chance to install!
