JGC 2003 2.7CRD Alarm problem
«

Hi all,
Hope everyone keeping well.
Jeep running well (kiss of death) however for the last two days the alarm has gone off at random times for no good reason. Can anyone tell me why this could be happening??? Apologies if this has been asked previously but I could not find any info.
Thanks

Sounds standard to me. Try pressing lock, then pressing lock three more times (the siren will chirp an acknowledgement). This will disarm the ultrasonic sensors for that arming cycle, and the alarm will probably not go off.

Thanks Mike,
I have been playing around with it and have found just what you said. I wonder if the current hot weather has lifted a lot of dust and started setting off the internal sensors.
Thank you for your comment.
