HI

Has anyone ever fitted an exahust tailpipe and muffler to above mentioned vehicle i got one from mansfield 4x4 and thought it would be in two parts and easy to fit, however its single piec but i thought i would give it a go managed to get old one off after a lot of pulling shouting swearing etc but i cannot get the new one one is there any easy trick it keeps getting stuck on leaf spring  or hitting rear hanger tried to remove hanger but its solid so rather than break it as i need jeep on road thought id ask for ideas, its only sticking at tailpipe end by MM`sn few but i just cant get it to twist into position.

Any help appreciated

jack rear end of jeep in the air, no point no if it's over the axle already. spray joint with wd40 or oil and push/waggle into place. the hanger can be a bitch to get on if left to the last. i unbolted the hanger from the body and then bolted it back into place after

Jack it up by the body, not the axle. That way when the suspension droops, more room is created.

disconnect the shocks at the bottom bolt & the ARB if fitted, you get more flex then
