STD CJ front bumper mounts

how strong are they? took the front bumper off of lil' yella todayand only held on with 4 small bolts and not bolted to the thickest of material.

they aint bad but they do look weeny its easy to drill out and but bigger bolts in plus those nice recovery hooks pick up on other pre done holes but have a look at the four tiny bolts that hold a winch down and we have to put a lot of faith in them
