Battery in the TJ has packed up...last worked 2 weeks ago
Beasring in mind its hardly been used and when it last packed up in the spring the RAC said it wasnt holding full charge but worked OK should I get a battery charger and charge it or a new battery?
My thinking is a new battery..

New battery & a decent charger like an Optimate you can leave it plugged to, so no matter how long you leave it, it'll be ready for when you want it
Have used an optimate for years on my bikes, the ctek ones are recomended on Der Panzer forum.
Shop around for prices & dont be tempted by the cheap ones
