Had a knock for short while and been wondering where it was coming from. Well, I took the diff cover off today after work and found out where. Three teeth on the ring gear next to each other fooked. One good tooth then another fooked. A couple of others are chipped too. It's been driving OK aside from the knocking sound.
Been looking on t'internet and can't for the life of me find anywhere that does rebuilds. I'd obviously need new R+P full rebuild kit and might as well get the outer bearings swapped too. I can always get the parts bundleboxed over, but where to get the rebuild done? I competent enough to do it myself but even if I had all the tools, I'm sure it'd take a long time with my lack of experience in such matters.
So, here I am for some birty help. Isn't there a birty that set up to do stuff like this only I can't remember (I must have slept since).

By the by it's a rear D44 with 4.56 and ARB.
