Driveshaft length measurement
« on: June 12, 2011, 08:49:48 AM »

I have found after installing my 360 that the previous owner with the engine/trans combo has shortened the rear shaft and lengthened the front one. My question is how do I correctly measure the appropiate shaft length obviously allowing enough flexibility in the slip section for compression and extension. Any help would be appreciated.

That would be nice but the chances of fing a set of CJ6 shafts would be the same as find a hen with teeth, I recken I can get some made here if I know the lengths

Just buy Bubbas cj8 off him they should be the same shafts :003:

It will depend on your gearbox length as well though, so you are probably best off measuring what you have.
They measure from the middle of the yoke to middle of the yoke normally i think.
