What should I be looking at paying ball park Mike? I know its hard to say but a rough idea.

Yep, he's right. Neither ebay one is for the 45rfe. The rockauto parts are the correct ones.

Where are the parts on Rockauto, I have searched but cannot find them.

This is what I have found but it doesnt have 45RFE box, I cannot find that gear box on there.

Rockauto have the wrong parts listed. If you choose the V8, it lists the 42re transmission, which is wrong.
Sorry, they don't have what you need.

otherwise you're looking at $250 even for a refurb.
