Funny noise 4WD

Hello guys,when i drive my 96 XJ in 4WD H i can hear a noise like a rubbing/rhythmic noise only when i press the accelerator though(how weird is that?).No noise in 4WD Lo or 2WD Hi,also when in Lo the transfer makes a whining noise although i have only driven it on road like that at 15mph.Do you guys think its UJs or what?
