electric window
«

I changed the front door on my XJ today and used the same door card with switches and now the window does not work. It works from the drivers side switch. The door lock switch works. I tried changing back to my old door wiring loom and that did'nt work, so that only leaves the switch its self. Has anybody else come across this problem before. Help please and if it is the switch has anybody got one. Thanks Rob

Rob, before anything else, pop the switch out and give it dose of WD40..may not help, but this has happened to me before and that's how I sorted it.

And do a simple bypass test, that will eliminate the rest of the door wiring
