I green laned my old WJ with enthusiasm and no major damage. However my wk is a different kettle of fish. It's got very low trim and a sort of lip or chin spoiler that kills off the better ground clearance.

After wacking it a few times today on its first foray off road nearly proper I realised the bottom half of the bumper removes for extra clearance. Half a dozen turn fasteners and its off. Easy push back on.
