For all the non attendees list stuff.

I'm planning to setup trials sections, punches, a few driving routes and a night drive. I will be grateful for anyone's help Friday afternoon to setup and provide punches, canes, hazard tape etc.

The site has water, a small shelter, hardstanding area for campfire and 2 portaloos being hired.

I was also wondering this! I can't pay until really close to the weekend, as (being a student 'n' all) I don't currently even have the funding available for the fuel to drive there!

Also, is there anything that you need anyone to bring?

The tickets are on the Cheapfest website. Basically £25 a day for offroading and £5 a night for camping. Slight discount of £5 for a full weekend ticket so £55 for the weekend with camping, £45 with no camping.

I think payment on the day is ok but would like to know numbers, even if you have to say that it's a bit provisional. If it's going to be a last minute call I'll give you my mobile number so you can get in touch.

Wood for the campfire is always useful. I think I have canes and hazard tape covered . If anyone has any punches that they are happy to let the club use for the event I would be very grateful.

Guys, cash on the day is fine for any Birty event. The only exception really this year is for Cheapfest due to numbers & other clubs attending & PLI stuff but even then for Birty members just let me know in advance would be appreciated.

Wont be there till the Saturday morning myself but we are there for the whole weekend, staying in a B & B of course
