ZJ wood trim

So I want to try "modernise" the interior of my ZJ and tastefully try and brighten up the darkness with it all being so grey! The plan is to use some brushed alluminium vinyl wrap in select areas. Pulling of the dash wood trim is easy enough but can someone tell me whether the wood trim on the doors comes off by pulling it free or does the panel have to be removed for this?

Interior trim whats that
Think you need to take the panels off
