can control module connectors be rewired?
« on: September 03, 2014, 03:52:33 PM »

The connector on this was just leaving no wire exposed toreconnect to. Can these be opened or a substitute bought or is there a trick to this. I have a small gas soldering tool. I think if I solder what I have it will be very weak.

They are encapsulated units so no entry that way.
New ones are about £15.00 plus postage on Rockauto or someone on here is bound to have one that you can either pinch the leads or the complete unit off.
