Steering pump connections
«
on:
February 15, 2018, 08:13:53 PM »
The new power steering pump has a slightly different connection on it and is there anyoje that can confirm the connections to either end of the pipes?
I am assuming that the front connection on the steering box is the pipe connection to the lower union of the pump.
Any help would be great as aim to like up this weekend

On saginaw type pumps the outlet is the one nearest the steering input shaft. This is low pressure and doesn't have a swaged fitting at the pump (on a TJ at any rate).
