help 93yj error code 34

hi all

im getting this error code on my 93yj

34: Speed control vacuum or vent solenoid circuits open or shorted

im not that familiar with jeep engines so need some help and advice locating and fixing the problem if this is possible

believe thats the cruise control actuator

yeh its called a window, very high tech on a YJ
