DimpleDies
« on: January 14, 2015, 11:23:31 AM »

Seems I posted about these back in 2009 :hysterical: took me ages to not have to import them, and find a UK manufacturer.

So moving swiftly along I have some UK made ones coming.....I'll let you know how they perform.

Sizes: 2 1/2", 2", 1 1/2", 1" , 1/2"   Set  of 5

Stand back and watch me turn the '1Tonne' into Swiss cheese :icon_super:

Yes Mark has a set and so did JJ our resident septic at the time.

Mark seems to have gone quiet for the moment.......maybe building a Jeep crushing Lardie based buggie to get back at us after all these years

I have a 15 tonner, maxxed it out a couple years ago removing a pitman arm from the xj's steering box, chickened out at first until I found a huge piece of cardboard to act as a guard before letting rip, it didnt separate until I introduced some heat, then off it went with a serious kabang and a farrrrrkinel   :icon_biggrin:

did the same on some beetle from bushes, using a 20t works press and not realising the force applied until the forman suggested we stopped as it was at 18t and nothing had moved.

gas axe late with a bit of heat the ball joint fell apart and out.

I've not really tested mine but certainly look well made and good value plus a more traditional style with returned edge which I think is a nicer stronger dimple
