Lads, have a 2002 grand cherokee and the interior heating is worse than a cheap hotels hair dryer. Main source of ventilation seems to be from the glove box for some reason. If you turn heat fan on max, you may be lucky and get a tepid waft of warmish air from one vent.
Question - does anyone know where I can get this looked at and fixed in the Gloucestershire, west Midlands area ? I know the vent doors etc are a common problem , but where do I go to get my nuts warm for winter

Sounds like the recirc door. Get under the dash and prop it open with a stick.
