WK rear bumper parking sensor holder chrome effect trim insert.

The chrome trim on the rear bumper that holds the parking sensors is slightly damaged and one end keeps popping out.

I would like to remove the trim, push out the relatively minor dent and re-fit rather than replace it if I can. I don't want to prize it out and break off any tags in the process. :100:

As Haynes do not seem to publish a manual the covers the 3.0 CRD wonder if anyone here knows how to remove  the chrome trim from the bumper?

Failing that is there a good digital / downloadable manual for UK models?
