clutch master/salve 2.5 td

Got clutch fault having to pump pedal to get gears ether master/slave faulty are they hard to do and how much are they I think they come as a kit?1996 2.5 TD

before i buy new bits just want to try bleeding it but no nipple just alan key bolt any info would help 2.5 td xj 1996.

I wouldn't bother. The only way air could get into the system is is it is faulty. If it did fix the problem, it would only be temporary. Replace the whole lot in one go and save a lot of future grief.
