May be on the wrong thread.
But since fitting the new front wheel hub units and passing the MOT. There has been a louder kind of bang from the underside poss n/side front. Any ideas as i can't think what else has moved.

It could be a few things - I've had bangs/clunks from:
Lower control arm bushings worn
Lower control arm bolts wobbling in above worn bushings
Wheel nuts slightly loosened (pile o s#!te Jeep nuts made of cheese :roll:
Try a process of elimination and see if you can get someone to help turn steering / apply brakes / drive slowly while you observe everything underneath.

If it occurs whilst steerin from L to R or vice versa, particularly at low speeds, I'd suggest the track bar bolts need tightening. I occasionally have this on my TJ.
Of course you have checked that there isn't a bobble hatted red sock stuck under there, haven't you? :lol:

I would say something wasn't done up tight enough,when the unit bearing were changed
